When you schedule a phone call for a future date, Gazelle records this information on the client file.
The call is considered "Active" once the date for action has passed. At this point the call reminder will appear in your call center under the "Scheduled Calls" tab:
Click on the call you want to make to see the all the relevant client information + the notes you input when you scheduled the call prompt.
NOTE: All the other info displayed about the client's pianos, timeline, preferences, etc... is simply there for your information so you don't have to leave this screen. You should have everything you need to make the call successful.
After you have completed the call, record your notes and click one of the action buttons. This will record the action on the customer's timeline and close out the phone call prompt.
