Allowing clients who live outside your service to book is desirable in some situations.
TIP: You can use your "Outside Service Area" rule to permit clients on the edge of your service area to self-schedule appointments and/or make it easier to manage pockets of clients who you only service a few times a year.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling Policies > Company Policies
Step 2: Edit your "Outside Service Area" Policy
Step 3: Make sure it is less than your "Invalid address" scheduling policy.*
Step 4: Save.
NOTE: If your "Outside service area" scheduling policy is <equal to or greater than> your "Invalid address" scheduling policy, it can create undesirable scheduling outcomes.
