Enabling estimated.services to be self-scheduled is easy. NOTE: Most estimates for in-home / on-site services are simple enough to be self-scheduled by the client, so enabling this feature is recommended.

However, in some cases, the items on the estimate will require too many logistical challenges to be scheduled online. When this feature is turned off your client will be directed to contact you to schedule the work.

FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Click to edit an estimate

Step 2: Click on the option you want to highlight

Step 3: Click the "Allow client to self-schedule this option" box

Step 4: Save

FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap on an estimate to edit.

Step 2: Scroll to the option you want to present

Step 3: Select the "Allow client to self-schedule this option" toggle.

Step 4: Save
