Invoice statuses automatically change if you add a payment, if the invoice becomes overdue, or you cancel, archive, or delete the invoice. But you can also manually change the status of an invoice.

FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Click to open an invoice
Step 2: Click the "Change Status" button at the top of the page.
Step 3: Manually change the status of the invoice.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap to open an invoice
Step 2: Tap the 'More' action button at the top of the page
Step 3: Tap 'Change Status' to manually change the status of the invoice.
Step 4: Save
