Editing / deleting a scheduled custom messages for specific customers is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


โ€‹Step 1: Go to the customer record > upcoming messages > custom messages.

Step 2: Locate the custom message you want to delete.

Step 3: Click on the delete icon.

Step 4: Done!




FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Go to a customer record > Upcoming Messages > Custom Messages

Step 2: Tap on "Custom Messages" to see a list for this customer.

Step 3: Tap on a message to edit (Tap & hold to delete)

Step 4: Edit & save your changes.

Step 5: Done!
