There are several ways to find scheduled messages (email, texts, calls) after they are scheduled.

FROM THE WEB APP

FROM THE CLIENT FILE
Go to a client file and look in the bottom right hand corner for the "Scheduled Messages" area. This will show a list of all scheduled messages for this client

FROM THE CALL CENTER
Go to the call center and click on the "Scheduled Calls" sub tab. This will display all calls that have passed their date/time stamp. Future calls are not displayed until their date/time stamp has passed. 

FROM THE MESSAGES TAB
Go to the "Messages" tab and look for the "Scheduled" section where you can view any scheduled emails, text messages, or phone calls. 

FROM THE MOBILE APP


FROM THE CLIENT FILE

Tap on a client file and then tap on the "Show More" button under the piano record. You will see all your scheduled messages for this client.

FROM THE MESSAGES TAB

Tap on the menu button and go to the "Messages" tab. Then tap on the "Scheduled" selection at the top of the page. This will display all your scheduled messages for all clients. 

FROM THE CALL CENTER

As of April 2020, the call center inside the mobile app is still under development. You will eventually be able to access your scheduled messages here as well.
