If you have users who speak multiple languages you can adjust their localization settings to improve their Gazelle experience.
โ€‹
โ€‹NOTE: Each user can mirror the 'company-wide language defaults' or be set to their own preferred language.

FROM THE WEB APP

Step 2: Click on "Localization Setting" and select preference.

Step 3: Click on "Default Client Localization" and select the preference for this user's preferred clients.

Step 4: Save

TIME SAVING TIP: Localization is the preferred language/locale to display when this user logs into their app. Client localization is the default language/locale to use for any client with this user as their preferred technician.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
