Resetting a user's password is easy.

​NOTE: You can either tell the user to log into the web app and click on the "Forgot Password" link, or the administrator on the account can follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings > Team Members

Step 2: Check the 'Reset Password' box

Step 3: Save

Step 4: Tell the user to check their email for their temporary password.

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
