Editing the external URL on your service items is easy!

​NOTE: The "External URL" is an optional link you can add to the bottom of the educational text that sends the customer to a webpage you have put together with more info (or a video) about this type of repair. By default this will be populated with the URL of the Master Service List item (if one exists), but it can be edited directly on the estimate item as well.

​Step 1: Click on a service item in your Master Service List.

Step 2: Click "Show More" to display all the fields.

Step 3: Add or edit the external URL you want this item to link to.

Step 4: Click "OK" to save.
