Matching online reservations to existing customers (resolving conflicts with an existing customer's data and when appropriate creating new customer records) is easy and Gazelle helps you do this in two ways:

FROM A PRIVATE SCHEDULING LINK

When you message any customer through Gazelle and you embed a 'Book Now' or 'Reschedule' button in the body of your message, Gazelle directs the customer to a 'Private Booking Link' that pre-loads all their customer information and automatically matches this reservation to a specific customer record. These reservations will come through already matched to a specific customer record and piano (See image below). Any data conflicts will be handled through the reservation approval process.

FROM A PUBLIC SCHEDULING LINK

Anyone can book using your 'Public Scheduling Link' and this is what you use when you add a 'Book Now' button on your website. When a customer schedules using your company's 'Public Scheduling Link' Gazelle will attempt to match this to an existing customer record, otherwise it will prompt you to create a new customer record.

In the example below "Jessica French" used the public scheduling link. She is the spouse of "Kevin Abshire" who is already a customer but Jessica has a different last name. In this situation we rely on you to make the final decision as to whether this reservation is for an existing customer or a new customer.
