Changing an online reservation is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Choose to approve the reservation.
Step 2: (Optional) edit the client assigned to the reservation.
Step 3: (Optional) Edit the date, time, duration, or technician assigned to the reservation.
Step 4: (Optional) Edit the contact information entered by the client.
Step 4: (Optional) Edit the piano information entered by the client.
Step 5: Click approve & done!
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Choose to approve the reservation.
