Billing terms & FAQ
Can I change my plan’s active piano limit at any time?
Yes. Every account will select the number of active pianos they manage. However, if for any reason you reach your plan’s cap or your needs change you will be able to increase or decrease your active piano limit at any time.
Can I change my plan’s features at any time?
Yes. If your needs change mid-subscription cycle, all you have to do is add or remove features to your plan. New features will take effect immediately and removing features will take effect at your next billing cycle.
Can I add additional users?
Yes. All plans allow you to add as many additional users to your account as needed. Each user will have their own calendar and limited access to your account according to their user restrictions.
Can I pause my subscription without canceling?
Yes. If your needs temporarily change for any reason you will be able to pause your subscription.
Can I pay in my own currency or with direct debit from my bank?
Yes. Subject to local banking regulations most all plans can be billed in your local currency and Gazelle offers a variety of payment options including direct debit from financial institutions. If a plan is not offered in your local currency you will be prompted to pay in USD and may request the option to have your account reviewed for payment in your local currency.
Can I change from monthly to annual?
Yes. All plans will be able to change from month-to-month to annual or vice versa at any time. Changes from Monthly to Annual will happen immediately and your new plan renewal date will be today. However, if you change from Annual to Monthly your new month-to-month plan will begin after your current annual plan expires and if you added features we will prorate your account for any additional features through the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle..
Can I get a refund?
No. All plans come with a 30 day free trial but the month-to-month and annual plans are non-refundable.
Can I delete all my data from your servers?
Yes. Email support@gazelleapp.io from the master admin’s email address and request all data be deleted.
