Setting up recurring phone call prompt reminders in Gazelle is easy!

FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Reminders and select the reminder you want to edit.
​Step 2: Add 'Phone' call prompts to each reminder state you want to manage in the call center.

Step 3: Go to Call Center > Reminder Calls to manage calls that are currently due for clients on this reminder.

Step 4: Done!

FROM THE MOBILE APP

The call center and reminder settings can only be edited from the web app at this time.
