Using custom phone call prompts that are not part of your automated reminders is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to the customer record > upcoming messages > custom message > phone call.
Step 2: Select a template or create a call prompt from scratch.
Step 3: (Optional) schedule the call prompt for a future date.
Step 4: Manage your custom calls in your Call Center > Scheduled Calls
Step 5: Done.
Time Saving Tip: If you are scheduling the same custom call prompt for multiple customers create a saved message template.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap on a customer record
Step 2: Tap the 'Contact' action button.
Step 3: Tap 'Schedule a message or call'
Step 4: Select type & date,
Step 5: Done!
