Sorting your reminder calls in your call center is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to your 'Call Center > Reminder Calls'.
Step 2: Sort / filter your customers using the column headers.
Step 3: Done.
TIME SAVING TIP: You can sort the data in each column; and/or by Name, City, State/Province, Reminder, Reminder State, and Preferred Technician.
