Recording actions from a completed reminder call is easy!

​Step 1: Go to your 'Call Center > Reminder Calls'

Step 2: Click on a customer who needs a reminder call.

Step 3: (Optional) add any notes about your interaction.

Step 4: Click on the grey button on the right that reflects the action you took.

Step 5: Done.

NOTE: Clicking on the grey action buttons on the right will complete the call and remove it from your 'Reminder Calls' tab until the customer is due for another call according to the rules of the reminder assigned to this customer (at which point they will reenter your reminder call center).

This feature is only available by logging into the Web App at this time.
