Scheduling an appointment from inside the call center is easy!

​Step 1: Go to your 'Call Center > Reminder Calls'

Step 2: Click on a customer who needs a reminder call.

Step 3: Click 'Schedule an appointment' (This will open a new browser tab. Schedule the appointment and save your changes).

Step 4: Go back to your 'Call Center' browser tab.

Step 5: Refresh your page.

Step 6: Done!
