Creating a list of everyone due for tuning is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Click on 'Call Center'
Step 2: Click on 'Reminder Calls' to see all your automated reminder call prompts.
Step 3: Optional: Filter your list for "Reminder State = Pianos: Due for tuning"
Step 4: Done.
Note: (Optional) You can also filter the pianos tab for all pianos due for tuning regardless of whether or not they have an active call prompt.
Time Saving Tip: Ctrl + Click on the customer name (Cmd + Click if you are on a mac) to open the piano records in separate tabs.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
The call center feature is only available by logging into the Web App at this time.
