Enabling tips (or disabling them) so customers have the option of adding a tip at the time of payment is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Company Profile > Tipping
Step 2: Check the 'Enable tipping' box to give your customers the option of tipping.
Step 3: Check the 'Enable tipping by default' box to select prompt them for a tip by default every time they enter a payment'
Step 4: Done. The option to tip will be added each time your customers make a payment.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
