Accepting ACH Direct Deposits / Bank Draft Payments from your customers is easy and can be setup in just a few minutes.

Need Help? Watch this setup video.

Click here to watch a video showing how to set this up in both Stripe & Gazelle. NOTE: some Stripe accounts look slightly different than the one shown in this video.

What are ACH payments?

ACH payments are direct deposit payments that use different authorization than swiping a card. Payments can take as long as 4 business days (after your customer authorizes payment) to hit your bank account depending how long it takes both banks to approve the transfer. However ACH transactions have much lower fees which often make this wait worth your time. Gazelle tracks these payments as 'Pending' from the time the customer authorizes the transaction to the time the funds land in your account. Click here for more information from Stripe about accepting ACH payments.

Follow the steps below to enable this feature in Gazelle.

FROM THE WEB APP

Step 3: (In Gazelle) go to Settings > Payment Processing > Payment Methods.
Step 4: (In Gazelle) Refresh the page.
Step 5: (In Gazelle) Add the "ACH Direct Debit" payment under 'Accepted Payments'

Step 6: Done.

Customers will now be given the option of ACH payments when paying an invoice online. Click here to see what the customer's payment experience will be like.
