How Do I Accept SEPA Payments From My Customers (European Union)?

Turning on the option to accept SEPA payments from your customers.

Enabling SEPA payments is easy in Gazelle!


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Connect your Gazelle account for Stripe payments.

Step 2: Enable SEPA payments on your Stripe account.

Step 3: Go to Settings > Payment Processing > Payment Methods and click 'Change'.
Step 4: Select the "SEPA" payments box & save (See image below).

Step 5: Done. Customers will now be given the option of SEPA payments when paying an invoice.

NOTE: Once you do steps 1 & 2 you will see the SEPA option in your Gazelle Settings > Payment Processing.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Connect your Gazelle account for Stripe payments.

Step 2: Enable SEPA payments on your Stripe account.

Step 3: Tap Settings > Payment Processing > Payment Methods then tap the 'Change' button.
Step 4: Select the "SEPA" payments box.

Step 5: Done. Your customers will now be given the option of SEPA payments when paying their invoice.

NOTE: Once you do steps 1 & 2 you will see the SEPA option in your Gazelle Settings > Payment Processing.
