Tracking revenue by technician in QuickBooks is easy!
Enable 'Classes' in your QuickBooks account then direct Gazelle to 'Track Revenue By Technician". Gazelle will use the QuickBooks 'Class' fields to track revenue by technician when we push invoices to QuickBooks.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Accounting > Track Revenue By Technician in QuickBooks
Step 2: Select 'Yes'
Step 3: Done.
NOTE: This is only an option if you have 'Classes' enabled in QuickBooks.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap Menu > Settings > Accounting > Track revenue by technician in QuickBooks.
Step 2: Select 'Yes'
Step 3: Done.
