How Do I Know If An Invoice Has Been Sync'ed?

Confirming an invoice has been synced from Gazelle to QuickBooks.

Verifying the QuickBooks sync status of individual invoices is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


​Step 1: View a list of invoices or select an individual invoice.

Step 2: Hover over the QuickBooks sync icon to see the details of the sync status.

Step 3: (Optional) look for the sync status at the top of the individual invoice.

Step 4: Done!


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: View a list of invoices or select an individual invoice.

Step 2: View the sync icon or tap on an invoice to view the specific sync details.

Step 3: Done!
