Syncing Stripe Payouts and accounting for card processing fees is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Invoices > click the 'Quickbooks Sync' button.
Step 2: Select the optional 'Include Stripe payouts' option.
Step 3: Click 'Sync Now'.
Step 4: Done!
NOTE: When Gazelle pulls Stripe payouts into QuickBooks we automatically create a deposit for the appropriate transactions and adjust the deposit in Quickbooks for any card processing fees or refunds deducted by Stripe. This ensures the deposit total on your bank statement matches the deposit total in Quickbooks.
