If you integrate with Gazelle | QuickBooks Online you can ask customers to sign off on a job prior to paying for the invoice using the QuickBooks app. This helps give you a paper trail and defend against chargebacks from customers with questionable ethical standards.

Step 1: Sync the invoice to QuickBooks Online

Step 2: Open the QuickBooks app and view the invoice.

Step 3: Tap "Get Signature"

Step 4: Ask the customer to sign off on the invoice.

Step 5: Done!
