Every time you push a group of contacts to Gazelle, a tag in Mailchimp will be added to the contact that are part of this sync. The tag name will include the date & timestamp you synced these contacts.

Step 1: Go to Audience > Audience Dashboard > Tags.
Step 2: Select the tags you want to use in your filter
Step 3: Add these contacts to a campaign.
Step 4: Done.
