Choosing a service area type is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Areas > Select a service area or create a new one.
Step 2: When editing a service area change the service area 'Type' to either 'Defined Boundary' or 'Travel Time'.
Step 3: Save & Done.
NOTE: Travel Time service areas use a travel time radius to define the boundary. Selecting 'Defined Boundary' will allow you to draw a boundary on a map which can be a circle, polygon, adjacent or disjointed to each other.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
