Adding (or editing) an extended service area for events scheduled inside a specific service area.

Adding an 'Extended service area' to the edge of a service area boundary is easy and recommended!

FROM THE WEB APP


​Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Areas > Select a service area or create a new one.

Step 2: When editing a service area select 'Extended service area'. Add a desired time (in minutes) that you are ok with traveling outside this service area if you are already scheduled near by.

Step 3: Save & Done.


NOTE: If your extended service area is set to -Zero Minutes- then Gazelle will not offer any routes to addresses that are outside your service area.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
