Setting a 'Max travel time' for routes within a service area is easy!

FROM THE WEB APP

โ€‹Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Areas > Select a service area or create a new one.

Step 2: When editing a service area select 'Max travel time' and enter a desired time in minutes.

Step 3: Optional: Fill last minute holes in your schedule by adding additional max travel times so openings tomorrow receive a different max travel time than openings 6 months from now.

Step 4: Save & Done.

NOTE: Clients self-scheduling will not be offered routes that exceed this 'Max travel time setting'. However, when you (or your team) are using the in-app scheduler to search for routes, Gazelle will offer routes that exceed this setting while simultaneously displaying a notice to the user.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
