Changing your 'Fallback travel time' for invalid addresses within a service area is easy!

NOTE: Client's self-scheduling must enter a currently valid address. However, road names change and new construction happens every year. If an address for another event currently on your calendar returns an error, Gazelle will use this 'Fallback time' to approximate the routes.


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Areas > Select a service area or create a new one.

Step 2: When editing a service area select ''Fallback travel time' and enter an amount in minutes you would like to use for this service area.

Step 3: Save & Done.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
