Copying an availability rule set for each of your technicians is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Availability'.
Step 2: Click the 'Copy' icon on the availability you want to copy.
Step 3: (Optional) change any parameters you need for this new availability.
Step 4: Save & Done.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
