How do I designate a starting / ending date for a an availability?

Changing the starting / ending date for one of your availabilities.

Designating a starting / ending date for an availability for each of your technicians is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Availability'.

Step 2: Create a new availability or edit an existing one.

Step 3: Under 'When should this availability be active?' change the starting or ending date.

Step 4: Save & done.

NOTE: Simple availability rule sets will be open ended without an end date. However, if you have a more complex configuration with different 'Summer' schedules compared to the rest of the year, or special rules for during your busy season, then you can create additional availabilities for different parts of the year.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
