Setting up a repeating availability for each of your technicians is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Availability'.

Step 2: Create a new availability or select an existing one to edit.

Step 3: Under the starting / ending date click on the 'Recurrence Rules' to edit.

Step 4: Save & Done

NOTE: By default all availabilities will recur 'Every Weekday'. However, you can change this to set us any variety of recurrence rules or patterns. You can even add advanced recurrence rules. If you don't see the recurrence pattern you need simple email our team at support@gazelleapp.io and we can provide you with custom code to create infinite patterns that use complex recurrence rules to meet your needs.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
