Setting a start-of-day or end-of-day location for each technician is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Availability'.

Step 2: Create a new availability or select and existing one to edit.

Step 3: Under 'Where will you start and end each day?' change the start-of-day or end-of-day location for this availability rule set.

Step 4: Save & done.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
