Rounding the times my appointment slots display when using smart routes and/or client self-scheduling.

Rounding up your available appointments slots for each of your technicians to be a specified time is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a Technician > Select 'Availability'.

Step 2: Create a new availability or select an existing one to edit.

Step 3: Under 'Additional preferences > Rounding > Make a selection.

Step 4: Save & Done.

NOTE: By default Gazelle rounds all appointments up to the nearest 5 minutes. However, you can change this to round up to the nearest 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes or hour.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
