Adding or editing the time slots offered to clients for each technician is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a Technician > Select 'Availability'.

Step 2: Create a new availability or select an existing one to edit.

Step 3: Under 'Additional Preferences > Preferred time slots' add the times of day you want to offer.

Step 4: (Optional) Under 'Additional Preferences > When should we offer preferred time slots?' set your preference.
โ€‹Step 5: Save & done!

NOTE: By default Gazelle only offers preferred time slots on open days. Once an appointment is scheduled we build the routes off this appointment to eliminate down time. However, you can change this setting to also offer preferred time slots that create downtime in your day which is desirable in some scheduling scenarios.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
