Adding a lunch break (or floating downtime) rule for each of your technicians is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Availability'
Step 2: Create a new availability or select an existing one to edit.
Step 3: Under 'Downtime' click 'Add downtime'
Step 4: Save & done!
You can add as many downtime rules as you need, however, we only recommend having one (or at most two) since this will make finding openings more challenging and could result in too few appointment slots being offered to clients.
