Editing your 'Short-term scheduling limit' for each technician is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a user > Select 'Preferences'
Step 2: Select the 'Short-term scheduling limit' to edit this setting.
Step 3: Save & done!
NOTE: A 'hard block' setting will prevent any open slots inside your short-term limit from being offered to clients. A 'require contact' setting will allow clients to see any potential openings inside your 'Short Term Limit' however, it will instruct them to contact you directly if they desire to schedule one of these last minute openings.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
