Encouraging loyal clients who might prefer a specific technician on your team to choose a new technician is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Preferences'

Step 2: Set the 'Short-Term Limit' rule to something like 90+ days.

Step 3: In the 'Short-term limit message' say something like "Our team is growing and we have added some amazing technicians we can't wait for you to meet. This technician you have requested is available but only if you contact our office directly. If you search for 'any technician' you can find appointment slots that can easily be scheduled online.'

Step 4: Save & done.

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
