How do I enable / disable my self-scheduler?

Turning the self-scheduling feature on/off.

Disabling your self-scheduler is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Self-Scheduler.

Step 2: Click on 'Self-scheduler is enabled' and toggle this to 'Disabled'.

Step 3: Done.

NOTE: After disabling your self-scheduler all your client scheduling links and 'Book Now' buttons on your website will still work. However, instead of displaying the self-scheduler Gazelle will inform your client that online scheduling isn't available at this time and direct them to contact your company directly.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
