Adding an 'Outside service area' message for clients who live outside your technician's service area(s) is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Self-scheduler.
Step 2: Select 'Outside service area message' and customize your company's message.
Step 3: Save & done!
NOTE: This message will be shown to any client who enters an address that is outside all your technician(s) service area(s) and/or outside your technicians 'Extended service area' rules. This message will be shown to clients in self-scheduling 'Step 4: Appointments' after Gazelle as determined no routes exist for this address that are in alignment with your user's scheduling parameters.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
