Moving clients from one Reminder to another is easy using the Reminder Reassignment Tool. This action can only be taken by Admin users.

Step 1: Click on the "Client" tab.
​Step 2: Choose the filters you want to apply.
​Step 3: Click Edit
​Step 4: Click "Assign Clients to a Reminder"
​Step 5: Select a Reminder to assign the clients too & save

NOTE: Frequently bouncing clients from one Reminder to another is not recommended.
