About Gazelle Scheduling Features

Gazelle's scheduling features enables you to confidently fill your technician calendar(s) the way they want to be scheduled. Each scheduleable user will configure their own service areas, availability, and preferences on a user-by-user basis. Gazelle will use each user's scheduling configurations to fill their calendar accordingly. Additionally, Gazelle's Self-Scheduling and configuration will manage the customer facing workflows for client's using the optional self-scheduling features.


Service Areas

Users will define one or more service areas that correspond to the regions they service.

  • Draw on a map with define boundaries

  • Choose a travel modes (Driving, Bicycle, Walking, Transit)

  • Set an optional default buffer time to add to all appointments

  • Set drive time limits to reduce the travel time allowed between appointments.

Availability

Users will also define their availability preferences for the days and dates they wish to be scheduled for appointments.

Users will define preferences for filling last minute holes in their schedule and define a default travel mode.

Self-Scheduling

Company admins can manage all user's settings and configure Gazelle's optional self-scheduling feature to allow clients to enter their address and self-schedule their appointment.
