Within the client dashboard, select "edit" in the contact information box
Within the phone number box, select "+ Phone" under any primary, or secondary, contact you are wanting to add a phone number to.
When a contact has multiple phone numbers, you will see the option to switch which phone is set to default
Once you have saved the new phone number and edited any settings, scroll up and hit save. You're done!
NOTE: If an existing client enters a different phone number during their online reservation process, Gazelle will merge new or missing phone numbers to the existing client record.
