The timeline is an automated log of all the activity recorded on each customer's file. It tracks everything that happens with a specific customer and their pianos.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Click on a customer record.
Step 2: Locate the timeline in the bottom left-hand corner.
Step 3: Filter the timeline or add a comment.
Step 4: Done.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap on a customer record.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the "Client Details" screen.
Step 3: Filter the timeline or add a comment.
Step 4: Done.
