The timeline is an active log of everything that has happened with this client in the past. New clients will not have that much information, but older clients will potentially have a ton of information from years of data. 

How to find it...

The timeline is located in the bottom left-hand corner of the client file. Open a client file and scroll down if you are on a small screen. 

How can I filter it? 

To filter simply click on one of the icons at the top of the timeline. Mousing over the icon will explain what it will filter. 

You can sort the timeline by 

  1. Email
  2. Appointments
  3. Estimates
  4. Invoices
  5. Pianos Service Histories 
  6. System generated logs
  7. Comments/Notes

How do I remove filters on the Timeline?

To revert back to showing everything on the timeline simple click on the icon again to deselect it. For the example below we filtered it to show only invoices. 

How do I show more entry logs?

By default the timeline shows only the most recent logs. However, to show more you can click the "Smow All 32 Entries" button at the bottom of the timeline. This will show an entire log of the timeline complete with year stamps for easy scrolling. 

 How do I show fewer entry logs?

After selecting the "Show All" button you can collapse the timeline back to only the most recent logs by hitting the "Show Fewer Entries" button at the bottom of the timeline.
