Overriding a piano's next (or last) tuning date is easy!

NOTE: Gazelle automatically updates your piano's last tuning date if you complete an appointments with pianos tagged for a tuning. However, in this article we will show you how to manually update the next / last tuning date.


FROM THE WEB APP


โ€‹Step 1: Click on the piano you want to edit.

Step 2: Click 'Edit'

Step 3: Click 'Next Tuning Override' or 'Last Tuning Override'

Step 4: Select the correct date.

Step 5: Save & Done!


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap on the piano you want to edit.

Step 2: Tap on 'Last Tuned' or 'Next Tuning Due'

Step 3: Select 'Manual Override'

Step 4: Input a different date.

Step 5: Save & Done!
