Gazelle automatically updates a piano's next tuning date by comparing the piano's tuning interval to the piano's last known tuning date. When needed, you can set a tuning override on a piano, without losing the data in the actual "last tuning" field. The tuning override will act as the new "piano is due" date and adjust the reminders that the client receives for the piano.

Set the Tuning Override

Within the piano record, select "edit" under the piano information box

On the right-hand details, section choose a date for the tuning override. To delete the tuning override, hit "clear" in the right-hand corner.
Hit save.

Easy peasy!
