Gazelle Smart Routes use traffic information provided by Google and multiple mapping providers to more accurately predict the time needed to travel between appointments. When 'Traffic' is enabled Gazelle will add time to certain routes on certain days.

How does it work?

Google traffic predictions estimate the average traffic that can be expected along a future route by using traffic data provided by the Google Maps API.

Will I see the traffic data on the Smart Routes

Yes. When traffic is enabled Gazelle will automatically factor this extra drive time into self-scheduled appointments but when you are booking an event in-app you will see a warning on the route if significant traffic delays exist along that route.
