Creating new custom message templates is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Custom Templates
Step 2: Click Add
Step 3: Edit and save your new template.
Step 4: Done!
NOTE: These message templates are not your automated reminders. They are only sent to the customer one time on the date you schedule the message to be sent.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
You can use the mobile app to send messages using templates, but the custom message templates can only be edited from the web app at this time.
